Tall Anemone is a very similar plant to Long-headed Anemone. The leaf shape is slightly different and the seed heads are shorter and wider. Tall Anemone also blooms in early summer with thimble-shaped seed heads that turn into fluffy balls in late autumn, and is also known by the common name Thimbleweed. A good plant to provide interesting structure in the garden.
