Wild Bergamot (Monarda fistulosa) is a drought resistant plant that grows well in disturbed soils. Its pale purple flowers are excellent for pollinators. The leaves are aromatic and can be prone to powdery mildew, giving them a greyish appearance late in the growing season.⁣
